Photo Studio Day 1

First and foremost, thank you to everyone that had nothing but the positive positive thoughts for us and the family a few days back.

The following photos are from my old collection. The used to be my desktops. Enjoy them in no particular order.

Bring hope to the hopeless,

Oh my god! I'm the first one to make a comment!
-tries to wonder why the hell that is- Oh well, let the aussie have it. xD! This sounds like a great idea sergey, and it's great that you have a studio up and that. Yay! LOL Do you have any tips on how to make photos better with out using photoshop? I hate using photoshop for my photos, but there are a few that need some light adjustments and that. Any ideas/tips?

Love Ashleigh.

Teehee! Loved your jig! The best thing I've seen all day.
And How exciting! How psyced are you?! Serg, your photography journey is progressing really well! I mean, I don't even know you and I'm getting excited for you! And although you said you had had no formal training, i can def see that you've developed quite an eye for street photography, and there's this sergy-signature look about them... It's refreshing to see some organic photo's like this, cause I have friends who are "trained/professional" photographers, and although their stuff is nice... its all relative.
Can't wait to see what's next!!!

Hey Serg, I can't wait to see how the studio progresses. Love all the pictures, my favorite of the three is probably The Day. Its like your walking down a dark tunnel with daylight at the end. The colors are amazing in that photo.

Glad to see everyone in one piece after the events of last week. Love the blog, love the show.

Have a great week everyone!

Nice chair dancing, Serg! I'm definitely going to be watching the progress of the studio and watching for more photos. Hope you don't mind but I "borrowed" the 3rd one for my wallpaper. It's very....interesting, shall we say? OK, get back to your chair dancing...was that Flogging Molly by any chance??

It is Spirit of the West's, "Another Happy New Year." It is from my indie rock collection.

If it is basic adjustments you might be able to get away using Picassa instead of Photoshop. Picassa, is googles photo organizer and manager, its free and its got some basic adjustments that you can make on the photo.

Other then that Ashleigh, I would pay attention to your settings. Sometimes the auto setting might give you to basic of a result and I would slowly start using the manual setting.

Thank you all for the comments.

All the best,
Serg

Serg, love the indie rock song!! Very cool! I will have to check it out! Love hearing new bands and am trying to help Heavy Radio get some tour gigs around here. Anyways............

LOVE the cool new digs for your studio. You are gonna have some fun changing it up to become a real working studio, one where Serg will emerge after many long hours living on Sugar Free Red Bull and staring down the lenses of many cameras.
Love the desktops too. You do some amazing shots and the colours you choose are just...a visual banquet.

Eat drink be merry. Don't care about football, except for PSU football of course, but everyone is some kind of superfan on Super Sunday. So we are all Super Fans of Serg Photography! WOO HOO!
Let the games begin............

Thanks so much for that Serge, i've never heard of Picassa so i'll look it up and see what it is all about. xD And you have got to do the chair dance for every video now, because it brings a smile to peoples faces. LOL

Let me guess your new studio is in your basement? ;) haha. Actually most photographers I've worked with usually do it in the comfort of their homes.

Football is the worst sport ever created! I agree lol. I did not take part in watching the superbowl. I think I went to the gym instead lol.

I always enjoy your blogs. Entertainment for 2 mins. Now on with the rest of my day.
