In a few hours the old year will come to end, and a new one will begin. A time where new goals are made; bad habits are sworn to be broken, and new ones, planned to be established.

I hope that with the start of 2010, your strength and empowerment sticks with you; that it helps you as your life flourishes and that you may find whatever pieces you may feel are not there. In some way, I feel like the new year is in some way a new slate. It gives you a chance to start something new or fix things that may have broken down in the previous year.

Go out into the New Year and teach, create, inspire and learn. Laugh at yourself and with others; wake up and smile from time to time and don't forget to, do something positive.

Thank you, my dear readers, it has been an adventurous year and,
I hope that we will continue to share the adventures with one another.

Hope you have a wonderful New Years' Day, Serg!

I agree completely. I've already decided that I'm going to take more risks this year. Instead of standing back thinking of all the things I'd like to do, I'm actually going to do them. I will travel, and be inspired by everything. I'm going to go to new places and bring my camera along with me everywhere I go. Not only that, but I plan to volunteer more. Help with Habitat for Humanity, make a difference somehow. Maybe if I can put a little change into a least one person's life, I'll feel like I've reached that goal. :) Thanks for inspiring me over the past year, and I can't wait to share our photos and experiences via our blogs in the coming year! :)

Hey Serg,

Just finished doing my own New Years blog..heard a song on the radio "Someday" by Rob Thomas. Thought it was perfect for the New Year theme. (I put the lyrics on my blog).

I don't make resolutions, instead I look at the past year and ask myself what can I do differently? How can I challenge myself more? What is something new I want to learn this year? What do I want to accomplish?

No one is perfect, we all make mistakes. What can we change, and what can we NOT change? That is something to process at the beginning of this year. Let go of the things you cannot change, and make an effort to change the things that you CAN.

Have a great 2010!

Peace

Hope You Have A Wonderful New Year and Can Stick To Your Resolutions Better Than I Can!!!

Watched PRS last night. The lady in WV lives near where my family is from. Both my paternal grandparents mentioned knowing the lady a long time ago.

Have A Happy New Year!

Ugh, I tried to post, and it was an epic fail. Anyway, yeah, like the person above me said, porn. Never had that problem with blogspot before, so I'm guessing this time it's not a bot.

The real reason I came here was to give you this link. You've probably seen it before, but your previous blog post made me think of it: http://www.angelfire.com/wa/zzaran/calvin.html

Now I want to go make a giant snow chicken. :)
